Senior Speech Pathologist
Elisa Alberici
Elisa is a senior paediatric speech pathologist who has a passion for supporting new graduate and early career speech pathologists develop their clinical knowledge and professional skills. Elisa has worked in a variety of settings including clinic based, childcare, preschool and schools (both whole class, group and individual) with a keen focus on fostering relationships with families and the community. Elisa has completed a range of professional development courses including Sounds Write, Lidcombe Program, SOS Feeding, CAS Treatments, varied AAC training and more. Elisa’s approach is supportive, helping others to feel safe and confident to ask questions, learn from every opportunity (we don’t call them mistakes!) and reach their own personal and professional goals!
Senior Occupational Therapist
Sarah Gonsalves
Sarah is a senior paediatric occupational therapist who specialises in addressing complex emotional challenges, inclusive practice, and school-based therapy, with current consulting work across SSP schools supporting whole-school approaches to regulation. Sarah has presented at conferences such as SEPLA 2024 on implementing regulation strategies in specialist settings to support children with disabilities, and is currently completing advanced training in Sensory Integration Treatment. Sarah’s approach is neurodiversity-affirming, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. Sarah is passionate about supporting OTs to feel confident, reflective, and connected in their work.
External Mentoring Program
At Bambini Health, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of allied health professionals. Our senior clinicians, Elisa (Speech Pathologist) and Sarah (Occupational Therapist), are now offering external clinical supervision and mentoring for therapists seeking additional guidance, professional growth, and support in navigating complex clinical work.
Elisa and Sarah bring years of hands-on experience and leadership to their roles, having built strong partnerships across schools and early childhood settings. They are regularly invited to present at parent information evenings, deliver professional development training for educators and therapists, and provide consultancy services across a wide range of settings.
Sarah, our senior occupational therapist, holds internationally recognised certification in Sensory Integration and has completed advanced training in:

Assistive technology for children with physical disabilities
Sarah also works as a consultant for the Department of Education, providing expertise to specialist schools and supporting children with complex needs through a neuroaffirmative lens. She is SOS-trained in feeding therapy and has completed advanced training in this area as well.
Elisa, our senior speech pathologist, has a strong clinical interest in language and communication development. She has experience prescribing complex assistive technology, including eye gaze devices, and supports children with speech sound disorders. Like Sarah, she is also SOS-trained in feeding therapy.
Our mentoring and supervision sessions are warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-informed practice. Whether you're early in your career or looking for advanced clinical input, Elisa and Sarah offer a wealth of knowledge and real-world insight to help you build confidence, navigate challenges, and continue growing in your professional journey.

To keep our sessions meaningful and on-track, we use structured focus sheets. These help guide reflection, track progress, and ensure that each session stays relevant, practical, and aligned with your development goals.
