Meet Alex
Occupational Therapist
My area of special interest is providing holistic, child-led occupational therapy that supports children's emotional regulation, social skills, and everyday independence through play. I'm drawn to helping children feel confident, capable, and understood by breaking big challenges into small achievable steps and celebrating every win along the way. I love creating fun, meaningful sessions that build on each child's strengths and support them to participate more confidently in their daily lives.
What inspires me most is seeing the growth that happens when children feel supported and families feel empowered. Children are so curious, resilient, and full of potential, and it's incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey as they gain new skills and confidence. I love working closely with families to create meaningful, practical strategies that fit into everyday routines and make a real difference at home, school, and in the community.
