Speech Pathologist and Director
I love family centred care and supporting both the child and their whole family network. My passion for communication varies from working with a child being able to use their first word, being understood, reading and writing to express themselves and getting creative with children to communicate in a variety of different ways. I love supporting the family to meet their child's goals to create meaningful progress. I also love building my relationship within their community so that the child can best participate within their world!

I am inspired every day by the families and team we work with. I believe that children's development is so important for their own happiness and joy in life both today and beyond!​

Elisa is deeply passionate about providing family-centred care, ensuring that both the child and their entire support network feel empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. Elisa believes that the most meaningful progress happens when families feel supported, understood, and actively involved in their child’s development.
Elisa has a strong passion for supporting children’s communication in all its forms. This can range from celebrating a child’s first word, helping a child become better understood by those around them, developing reading and writing skills, or finding creative ways for children to communicate using a variety of ways. Elisa enjoys thinking creatively and working collaboratively with families to help children express themselves and connect with the people around them.

She places great importance on working closely with families to support them in achieving their child’s goals. Elisa believes that communication is not just about speech, but about helping children participate confidently in their world. She enjoys building strong relationships not only with families but also with the child’s broader community, including educators and other supports, so that children can feel successful across all of the environments that are meaningful to them.

Elisa is continually inspired by the families and team she works alongside. She strongly believes that supporting children’s development plays a vital role in their happiness, confidence, and sense of belonging, both in the present and into the future.
Elisa founded Bambini Health with the vision of creating a clinic where families are always at the forefront of care. She is deeply committed to supporting the whole family unit and recognises that parents and caregivers are the true experts in their children and their development. Elisa is also passionate about mentoring and supporting speech pathologists to reach their full potential, ensuring they can confidently and compassionately support the families they serve.
